Join the IBM Digital Twin Exchange Provider Program

Please download and complete the following applicable forms. Email all required documents in non-editable PDF format to apremit@us.ibm.com with the subject line reading “SRM Batch - Vendor Creation Request.” Please also Cc kpark@us.ibm.com

 

For U.S. organizations download and complete the forms below:

  1. US_New_Setup_EFT_Form
  2. US–W9 Form
  3. Provide a generic email address that doesn’t contain any personal information (e.g. info@abc.com NOT jim@ibm.com)
  4. Provide one of the following documents:

- picture of online bank account with supplier name, bank name, account number and bank key (cannot be older than 6  months)
- picture of voided check
- picture of bank contract

 

For Canadian organizations download and complete the forms below:

  1. Canada_New_Setup_EFT_Form
  2. W8 Form: please consult your finance department to determine and obtain the correct form for your company
  3. US–W9 Form
  4. Provide a generic email address that doesn’t contain any personal information (e.g. info@abc.com NOT jim@ibm.com)
  5. If you have a value added tax (VAT) identification number, please share it with our team
  6. Provide one of the following documents:

- picture of online bank account with supplier name, bank name, account number and bank key (cannot be older than 6 months)
- picture of voided check
- picture of bank contract

 

For organizations outside the US download and complete the forms below:

  1. International_New_Setup_EFT_Form
  2. W8 Form: please consult your finance department to determine and obtain the correct form for your company
  3. US–W9 Form
  4. Provide a generic email address that doesn’t contain any personal information (e.g. info@abc.com NOT jim@ibm.com)

Helpful hints:

  • Please email the forms from the email used to register the Digital Twin Exchange content provider account
  • If a bank letter is provided, the letter should not be older than 6 months from the submission date.
  • The entity name and address must be the same as the name and address on the provider account info and the bank letter or voided check

Once these forms have been submitted and verified, you will be notified of your approval to be a content provider. For any questions and concerns regarding the completion of these forms or the Digital Twin Exchange content provider program requirements please reach out to ibmdtwin@us.ibm.com.

About your privacy

IBM collects Basic Personal Data enabling you to create and use the IBM Digital Twin Exchange. You provide this personal data at registration, when updating your profile, or through an Identity Providers. IBM uses secured storage and communications and justified use within IBM to protect your data. Your Basic Personal Data will be stored as long as you have an active IBM Digital Twin Exchange account.
